Mtn oakfields seems to have a very bad reputation

It seems this branch mtn oakfields in benoni do not need to answer their land lind to sort out queries. I have to drive 10 kilometers to speak to someone in the branch and still have been given the run around. With regards to my wifi that has been blocked due to the incompetence of the employees of this branch mtn oakfields Benoni. Then I put a complain on the Google platform under their branch and thi consultant Gert dials my number and puts the phone down I had to call him back to find out the problem this so not customer care way.
