Mtn oakfields not doing their job correctly

My account the debit order bounced on the 04.07.25 so when i checking my account to see it was no paid so I whent in to mtn oakfields shop to pay the amount of R329.00 and was told that my account would be blocked for the month which is ridiculous. They told it has to be.paid on the 04.07.25 which I did make sure that it was paid on the said date. This is a month to month wifi data . I have been sent from pillar to post and the mtn oakfields shop will not release so I can use the wifi they keep blaming the me as my debit order failed . But on the 5th of June 25 I when in to mtn oakfields shop to re in-state my account and was told by the colored gentleman that it will be working but it did not work when it came to the 04.07.25 that is why I paid it in the mtn oakfields shop via my debit card. This shop has numerous complaints against it for the non existent customer care service. I am about to cancel this as I can't do my work without the wifi working its now 3 full days without the wifi working and its affecting my work this is bull **** that they can get away with this and other complaints
