MTN oakfields centre benoni

Very frustrating experience with MTN Oakfiels centre Benoni. Dropped in at the shop to upgrade rooter. Sales representative (Gert) cancelled it and gave me the upgraded rooter. Three months down the line im paying for TWO rooters as the old one has never been cancelled. Got advised to phone MTN. Cancelled it myself. Four months down the line and I still have not received a refund despite reporting it several times. Im not going to give up!
