Mtn number *****ulent

Good day I have a complaint about mtn network, I have been using my number for more than 14years now , yesterday I just got surprised when my number says it's not registered on mtn . And when I call them on customer care I didn't get any help until I had to go to mtn store at Alberton but the service as well it was poor but they told me someone did sim swap on my number. And they going to reverse it. Today as 13th of January around 06h00 in the morning I call mtn again and they said they doing reverse sim swap I still waiting even now.

Am running business with this number and now am stuck. Can someone look on this matter urgently am losing business.
