MTN number Swap

Good day

After researching online and confirming with MTN call center and social media, I was informed that it would be possible to do a number swap. I went to an MTN store in Waterfront and they simply said its not possible.

My situation is as follows:

My mom has two MTN numbers, one is on contract(Number A) and one is on prepaid (Number B). We would like to change the contract number to Number B and then the prepaid sim to Number A.

Retaining Number A is not even a big deal, the main point is to move Number B onto the contract sim card.

Can you, as the Hellopeter team advise if you will be able to assist us?
