MTN Number removed from network - ***

***. My name is Jacques du Toit. I had this cell number for more than 20 years. It was a pay as u go the last couple of years and I used it as my bank number to recieve OTP's, etc. I received calls and messages on a regular basis, but at end of February it was removed from the network. I found that out on the 4th of March, and received no pre-warning. Reason apparently I did not make any call for a period? The shop at Northridge mall Tried to help, but no answer or feedback to date. They lodged a remedy "Remedy - REQ ***", but nothing happened.
