MTN Number provisioned without communication
Dear MTN South Africa, I've recently found out that my cellphone number of exactly 20 years has been provisioned to someone else without my consultation. This is not acceptable I've been loyal to the network all my life I feel like I'm been ******. The number is *** I had so many talking points. Please resolve these issues. I had airtime and the sim-card has not been off-line for more than 3 months.
