MTN number not receiving calls

I cannot receive phone calls from anyone for the past 3 days now. Clients and colleagues have been irate with me because they cannot get through to me!!!! I called MTN but they have so many non-sequitur options to my problem that I just chose a random operator. She then said she reset my number or something and the problem is STILL PERSISTING!!!! I need this problem handled now!!!! My number is ********** 993
