MTN Number disconnected

My MTN number was disconnected from the network on the 20-01-2024 and went to MTN Cosmo mall & Northgate Mall to try it retrieved but the guys failed to make it available on the network. This is an old big Sim card. There no numbers 10 digits at the back as it's old sim from 2022. Logged a call(Reference number: 921848ff-3f32-4581-8da9-f4b5ef1a1088) with MTN & I was told by one of the customer agent that without those number at the back of the sim card they can't assist me. My info has been on the their database for the past 22 years.
