MTN number

I am deeply frustrated and desperate for an intervention. My MTN number, which I have used for years, has been given to someone else while I am still actively using it. This has completely disrupted my life and my business, as I can no longer communicate with clients or receive important calls.

What makes this situation even more disappointing is that, despite being a loyal MTN customer for years, I have received no real help. I have gone to multiple MTN outlets, spoken to different consultants, and followed every instruction given to me — yet the problem remains unresolved. Each visit ends with promises but no action.

This situation is now affecting my livelihood and reputation. I am also deeply concerned about the risk of ***** or identity misuse linked to my number. I urgently need MTN to intervene and resolve this matter immediately.

As a long-standing and loyal customer, I expected far better service and accountability. I am pleading for a proper investigation and a swift resolution before this issue causes any further harm.
