MTN / Nu Debt uselessness

Absolutely fed-up ! ********** accounts have been opened in my name at the Hoedspruit branch of MTN Its been months - with absolutely no response from MTN , yet they have taken it upon themselves to have me listed at the Credit Bureau with the obvious inconvenience that comes with it. We have submitted affidavits etc , both by hand at the local branch and via e-mail to them and their debt collectors (Nu-debt) who seems that they are just as useless ! Birds of a feather I suppose ? Our reference number BA*** Last telephonic conversation to one of the tele-assistants at MTN was that the matter was now escalated and that we can expect a call before the end of day. This is more than a month ago. Still being harassed by Nu-Debt daily for payment What a bunch of useless clowns !
