MTN November 2023 debit order

Got an SMS that my November debit was not collected, went and checked my account and there were sufficient funds. called them to ask whats going on and they blamed me. was eventually told to let the phone be suspended. I call again and they still not admitting their system *****ed up. Was on the phone for about 45 minutes trying to sort this out, eventually the call dropped. On top of that im being flooded by SMS about not paying.

Can MTN just admit they *****ed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now i have to go through all this admin of lifting the suspension off my phone.
