MTN not worth it

I haven't had signal for 4 weeks now with my MTN sim. I have tried for two weeks to cancel my contract. I have recieved a email yesterday asking for secure information over an email. I do not recommend MTN at all and will be canceling my contract as soon as they actually work again. Apparemtly their cancelation lines are down. This is pathetic.
