MTN - Not willing to fix incorrect upgrade mess

Mondial Mobile (a division of Rewards Co) - called me to upgrade my MTN Contracts. The agent **** to me and said that she was from MTN. Two of the upgrades were done correctly - the third was upgraded erroneously to the wrong package. MTN (Call Centre and Shop in Northgate) will not assist me in correcting this. MTN are currently charging me for a package that I did not order or approve and are not willing to rectify this. They just refer me back to Modial Mobile - whose customer service is non existent. MTN Blacklist this supplier and look after your customers please.
