MTN not willing to cancel my Contract ***

MTN is a **** honestly it’s funny how when you open a contract it’s fast and efficient but comes to cancellation you will go pillar to post.

I have sent my cancellation request on the 3rd May 2022 before even my expiry date of my contract!!! Shockingly your services has been off for 2 months and I have not even used any of the Data but when I called yesterday I was told I owe R1100 yet I have the Sim deal only if R299 I was told I am operating on out of rate bundle of R580 that I didn’t even sign up for can a contract really be over 24 months without written consent or email nor a phone call to be granted an opportunity to cancel or upgrade my contract not even the so- called collection department has contacted me.

Please grant me the opportunity to cancel your contract or better yet give me the address I need to go too for cancellation cause clearly your lines of communication do not work not even to mention your unhelpful contact agents MTN is a huge mess
