MTN NOT WILLING TO CANCEL CONTRACT

On 1 December 2021 I contacted MTN to cancel 2 of my contracts *** and ***. Buhle Khadebe had to cancell same. She instead Issued a different month to month contract. I then called again on 2 December 2021 and spoke to Zindile Moloi and Anna who said that they will not be able to cancel the accounts seeing that Buhle worked on same, but that they can arrange that she calls me back. Until now they have not cancelled the two contracts. I really need help and feel that MTN's service is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY poor in this regard.
