MTN NOT WILLING TO ASSIST WITH MY CORRECT DATA ALLOCATION

I took a contract with MTN on the 6th January 2023. I was given the incorrect allocation of Data package. It's a month later and MTN still has not sorted out my contract to the correct allocation. Every department I call cannot assist me.
