MTN not updating settled account

I have settled my MTN data plan account January, but the account is still showing in areas, i called MTN more than 20 times and they keep transfering me to another agent, contracts with mtn are really not worth the time because it seems like they work on making your name seem like you cant make payments, but you were paying them on time, becareful of signing anything thats related to MTN.
