MTN not updating my information on credit bureau

MTN is not updating my payments with the credit bureau. This morning I have lost 50 points from my credit score due to MTN not updating my payments in consecutive 3 months.

I regret supporting them for 10 years and when my current contract end, I won't upgrade but will joyfully find another carrier that values it's customers.
