MTN not updating credit bureau

Good day, MTN is not updating my details at the credit bureau. The last update was done in October 2025 and my account states it is in arrears. I have made payments in Nov & Dec, my account is up to date and no money is owing. Please urgently rectify this as it is causing problems on my credit profile.
