MTN not unblocking my phone
Its been a month now calling mtn everyday for them to unblock my phone since I have settled my account. Everyday I talk to a different consultant and they tell me it takes only 48 hours for my phone to be unblocked. its been about a month now and I am not happy at all. First they said is the responsibility of their lawyers, Hammond and when I contact their lawyers, their lawyers say is not their responsibility, its the responsibility of MTN.

My simcard "line" has been fine ever since I paid, I have the problem with the phone not simcard, it has been blocked and I have been explaining this over a month now Im tired. REALLY THIS IS TIRING. please call me.
