MTN NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

****med into paying more for a contract online (R650 contract turned into over R4000 bill in one month!... worst experience ever. The store consultant indicated that there is nothing that can be done and that online consultants are always doing this. Emails are not responded to by complaints or customer care. Now I am being forced to make a payment arrangement of 6 months or less, including the R650 or risk having my line disconnected. DO NOT USE MTN AS A SERVICE PROVIDER.
