Mtn not the better connection

Monday 1june, I received an SMS saying I need to pay my account otherwise my account will be suspended I needed to pay money due into absa account. Not sure if this was legit and knowing I have direct debit. I had to leave work and went to mtn Bedford centre. Finally when helped I was told there was no billing information on my account , there was nothing they can do but I must call 808...... Immediately back in the car I started the call, and started the hold process. I called 808 during work hrs, I stayed on hold for over 59 min, every day, several times I called 808 with no reply.... Monday I emailed every email address I could find belonging to mtn. No reply to any email including to the lady who set my account up. Driving home late last night I tried to call home to let my son and husband know where I was. Phone has been disconnected. I'm fuming. Mtn you have put my life at risk. Imagine I got stuck late at night on the highway. I'm fuming. You put my life at risk. I now am traveling all weekend and no phone. I have done everything to resolve this yet all you have done is cut me off and now put my safety at risk by not having any phone!!!
