MTN not tech savy for apple products
Trying to activate my Apple Watch with no resolve. I have emailed and called MTN, and there is no one that can support. After being sent from one “service champion” to another (10 times in total, approx 2 hours of calls) I have been told that finally my contract is not eligible for Apple Watch activation.
It’s really frustrating, I keep getting put on hold and the call cuts.

29 Dec 2022, 14:09I was on prepaid prior to upgrading my contract to MTN sky bronze in April 2022, and I upgraded my contract at the Mall of Africa Store on the premise that my Apple Watch will work.
Since April my watch does not work on the smart watch , apple.

I was on prepaid prior to upgrading my contract to MTN sky bronze in April 2022, and I upgraded my contract at the Mall of Africa Store on the premise that my Apple Watch will work.
Since April my watch does not work on the smart watch , apple.

29 Dec 2022, 14:12Prior to moving to prepaid my Apple Watch worked, through self activation and when I moved to prepaid. It stopped working. I visited the mall of africa store, where I was told to upgrade my contract in April 2022 back to contract as maybe then my apple watch will work.
