MTN not supplying requested structure
MTN is 'unable' to deactivate voice messaging. Every time I upgrade this is an argument and a fight until eventually they 'find' the right way to action it. Still not resolved this time round.

You have NOT fixed the problem. There is still a message. It still says MTN will send me an SMS. Remove this message. NO MESSAGE or ANSWER or ANYTHING. A person must phone and the line must go dead if its not answered.
