MTN not so transparent and informative.

Just upgraded. Been a contract customer since before 2000 so I must be like legit a valuable customer. Apparently not. The new 30GB once off they usually give you when you upgrade has now changed to 10GB anytime and 20GB Youtube...so now they are forcing me to use that 20GB only on Youtube which is riddled with ads that take data.

I am spending so much money on my various numbers on MTN yet they fail to tell me that the 30GB terms and conditions have changed.

Unacceptable service from a declining service provider...so upset.
