MTN not sending requested records needed in a labour dispute

I requested the records that are needed in the labour matter dispute on 9 March 2018 but i am yet to receive those records from MTN. On the 4 and 5 March 2018, my school governing body phoned applicants for a vacant post using this prepaid number ********** 131(which belongs to Thimi Ngema). Unfortunately we could not get hold of one applicant and he lodged a labour dispute. Now the Department of Education needs proof of records for this number to show that we indeed called the applicant. I have been requesting MTN to send me the records for the calls made on this number on the 4 and 5 March 2018. Please send the records to any MTN in Durban North of e-mail them to **********

I would really appreciate your help as this is a critical matter that is affecting the school.
