MTN not restoring service since 1 December 24

The MTN coverage is down at Houtbosdorp since the beginning of December 2024 and it seems that no one at MTN is willing to do anything to restore the service. It is now the 1 st of February 2025 and despite numerous enquiries and fault reporting as well as promises from MTN, nothing has happened. We are still out of service.
