MTN not responding to psd calls account suspended

To whom it may concern i received a huge bill from mtn for charges PSD calls when i called 808 the refer me to another number im still to hear the prove or ourcome of this query , today they just suspended my account with out ant feedback this is not good in my opionion my account number is A*** please revert back to me soonest
