MTN not responding to Hello Peter Post
I posted this on Hello Peter on 08 Oct 2019, 09:47. Till today I have heard nothing back from MTN
On the 4th of September I took my faulty, fairly new phone, to the store to be sent for repairs. We where told it will take 2 to 3 weeks. On the 1st of October I went back to the store to enquire, only to find out that nothing has been done, well past the promised return time. On the 4th of October, I received a notification that the phone has been checked in to the service department.
Now where has this phone been all this time and how much longer do I have to wait?

31 Oct 2019, 07:49Since I spoke to the people at the repair center on the 22nd of October I have heard nothing from the store that the phone has been returned. The phone was already done in the week of 16 - 20 October, but they have no idea when it gets sent back to the store. So....nearly 2 months without a phone that is less than 6 months old. POOR SERVICE!!!
