MTN Not responding to emails,now even willing to assist

To say im disappointed is an understatement im actually mad and frustrated with MTN,i took a P40 huawei contract with them in 2021,last year in April or May i cant remember the exact month i was debited more than my usual debit order amount, i contacted their customer care to find out what had happened,i was told that i took an iPhone 14 contract i told them that i did not take any iPhone contract i only have an huawei contract with them, i was advised to make an affivat stating that i did not take an iPhone contract that there is a ***** which was committed using my name,i did send the affidavit,i was sent from pillar to post trying to cancel that iPhone contract i resorted in changing my payment option from debit to cash because i was not getting any assistance and i was not going to pay for a phone i did not have...i was then handed over to MBD for non payment,they called and i did acknowledge the debt as i was still owing for the P40,i paid them last month which was the balance that i owe,when i called them to find out if the payment i made reflected already they told me that the account i used to make the payment belongs to MTN not them,to cut the long story shoot i have been taken from pillar to post trying to get the paid up letter from MTN,they are not assisting i have sent many emails to them and MBD, MBD they are telling me that they are waiting for their finance to allocate the payment,with MTN there is no response,my life is now stagnant because they have listed my name as a bad debt i regret taking an a contract with MTN😡😡😡😡😡😡
