MTN NOT RESOLVING ISSUES OR RESPONDING!!!!!!!
More than a month later and still nobody from MTN has resolved the non-delivery of a promised R500 accessories voucher - I have previously reported this on Hello Peter on 26 March 2018 and received the response below from MTN Complaints Management . A week later and still nobody has contacted me!!!!! I have tried calling your Sales and explaining and every time they say they need to follow up and will get back to me. YOU ARE ABOUT TO LOSE A CUSTOMER!!!!!
