MTN NOT REPLYING TO MY QUERY

Good day

I have received the Note 20 Ultra on the 3rd of September and I am on a MTN made for me XS contract which they put me on when I have upgraded. Please can you tell me if it is an open contract or top-up, I really don't want to get a bill for R5000 at the end of the month where I should have paid R1399.00. I also did not receive any UV Smartphone sterilizer or wireless charger, or any voucher that the lady told me about on the phone.
