MTN not repairing phone and damaging it
My phone Sony Z1 has been in for repairs 4 times now.<br> Every time i get it back there is something else wrong and they are just damaging my phone.<br> I have logged a complaint on the MTN website *** and when calling the call centre 808 they cannot tell me what is going on. They are just saying that somebody has been assigned to my incident.<br> All i need is an answer as i am tired of following up now. This is terrible Service and i will cancel all my contracts soon.
