Mtn not removing me from experian

MTN said I owe them 2 months installments on a prepaid contractual account I however paid as it was affecting my credit score. Even after paying I still am unable to remove it from my credit report . They provided a paid up letter I disputed it's listing but still it shows and is affecting my credit score
