MTN NOT RELIABLE

MTN keeps debiting account when I have cancelled my contract sim after consultant claimed I would get a cellphone contract after 3months.fine I cancelled my account they keep debiting my account they don’t answer and they refuse to transfer you to the cancellation department you send emails they send you automated messages and when you go to their social pages X they mock you .So you will be ****med ****** by MTN if you go that route Vodacom is expensive but it has never ****** for the past.l 10 years that I have been with them.at least you get value for money.
