MTN - NOT RECOMMENDED!
The ABSOLUTE worst service EVER! I took out two MTN contracts in May 2019.
Firstly, I didn't receive the promised data allocations and promotional offers... that makes their deals so "irresistible" … what a surprise, and the Paarl Mall staff can't give feedback or the correct information regarding this after being in their shop every Saturday since the contracts was taken? Promises after promises... pathetic!
Secondly their advertised contract price is not what they process for payment. I took out the 20Gig Anytime Data / 20Gig Night Data (sim only) @ R199.00 per month, only to be charged R329.00 per month... still struggling and in my opinion ****************! ((Also you can't access their online account webpage and they don't email/post any invoices and statement))
Thirdly, going in to the Paarl Mall branch AGAIN for a sim swop... then realising they moved the incorrect number to the new sim!
Really guys... do you even care about your customers or is it only about the bottom line... MONEY!
