MTN NOT RECOMMENDED, 0 STARS...

Mxm, mtn you don't even deserve 1 star.

The network is always down in Nkomazi. I call, email and even go to the nearest mtn store (always offline) to report the issue for 2 months now and NOTHING gets done about it. I get no response to my emails. I feel like I'm trapped in a useless marriage. I pay for airtime and data but i can hardly ever use it. I cant enter or exit my community gate because the gate can only be opened by calling. I cant work with no network either... Why are MTN not held accountable for the lack of service delivery but we must always pay... even to cancel my contract to move to a different network (because of MTN's incompetence) I must pay! Wtaf! How is that fair... I even try call mtn to cancel my contract, get placed on hold for 40 mins then the line drops because the network cuts out again for hours. And this is not during loadshedding
