MTN - Not really SA's best network - Part 2

Ported to MTN in December, as they are suppose to be SA's best network.

Had the worst week with them.

I was unable to call out for the whole week.

I can send and receive sms's. I can recieve calls. I can use my data

BUT I cannot make any calls.

This got sorted after about 2 weeks.

NOW AGAIN I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE.

I can send and receive sms's. I can recieve calls. I can use my data

BUT I cannot make any calls.

I've spoken to may consultants. Turned my phone off multiple times, removed my sim. Even tried another cellphone.

Still no luck. I can't call, and nobody seems to be able to help me.

WHY DO I STILL HAVE THIS ISSUES?
