MTN - Not really SA's best network

Ported to MTN as they are suppose to be SA's best network.

Had the worst week with them.

I'm unable to call out for the whole week.

I can send and receive sms's. I can recieve calls. I can use my data

BUT I cannot make any calls.

And they charge me for missed calls going to voicemail (+***0).

I've spoken to may consultants. Turned my phone off multiple times, removed my sim. Even tried another cellphone.

Still no luck. I can't call, and nobody seems to be able to help me.

Great news, I can now call!

But Network default for Caller ID displays "Private" / "Unknown" number. How do I set that?

Thanks for the help
