Mtn not reachable

I took a wifi router subscription with mtn. They delayed in delivering it. And when it was delivered it is the wrong type of router. I have been trying to contact them on 135, there is no option for a customer to speak directly to a customer service agent/consultant. I have been trying for days but with no success at all. I emailed them my complaint. They are not responding. This is very frustrating
