MTN not prepared to help in any way

I got a iphone 5c from MTN on a 24 month contract. It started giving problems in that it would just switch off by itself. I then took it in to Menlyn MTN and they told me there's nothing wrong, I just need to reset it every time it happens. Now it doesn't want to go on at all anymore, after only 17 months. <br> I phoned MTN (808) to enquire about an early upgrade and was told to go to an MTN store and they will help me. <br> At the Brooklyn MTN store they ring the same number I rang and tell me to speak to the person, who tells me to phone *** and the store then tells me I need to wait 3 working days for MTN to email me how much I need to pay in.<br> After 3 working days I phone to follow up and they just tell me I am in the queue and they cannot help me.<br> This is so frustrating, as I have to sit without a phone and still pay MTN my monthly contract fee, even though the phone they gave me is not working and they aren't prepared to help me with an early upgrade so that I have a phone to use.<br> I am seriously disappointed in MTN's lack of willingness to help their paying customers, who have been with them for almost 15 years.
