MTN not managing their data

Suddenly MTN contracts run out of data before the end of the month. I have NEVER run out of data. Callcenter does not take your calls. Email just gives you an reference number or they send you a statement showing how they allocated data.. i had no understanding of what was going on and my contract suddenly seems to have changed as well.

DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH MTN. They are useless
