MTN not maintaining towers in Pretoria East

I live in Pretoria East (Die Wilgers) with no MTN signal in my area. This is from end December to date. I need to drive away from my area if I want to make a call, cannot receive any calls. I phoned *** twice a week and all they can say is the towers in my area are faulty and they working on the problem. They will escalate the problem, by now this issue should have been with our president on the times they escalate the problem. I still need to pay my MTN bill each month but cannot use the minutes I get on my contract. Can somebody at MTN please look into this to get the towers in Die Wilgers area up and running again. Both towers are within school grounds so there cannot be an issue with power. Please call me on *** to discuss further.
