MTN NOT LISTENING TO CUSTOMER

<div>• My wife was contacted telephonically about a MTN contract for 2 phones in late 2018. • She agreed and the 2 phones were dispatched • The phones arrived , but she was not happy and returned them to a MTN store. • She subsequently lost the paperwork confirming the return of the phones. MTN THEN DEBITS MY WIFES ACCOUNT FOR 8 MONTHS. WE ARE THEN CONTACTED BY 3 COLLECTION AGENCIES. SHE GOES BACK TO THE STORE WHERE SHE HANDED THE PHONES IN AND THEY CONFIRM THAT THEY WERE DISPATCHED TO A WAREHOUSE IN DURBAN. WE GIVE THIS INFORMATION TO THE AGENCIES AND MTN LEGAL, BUT THEY STILL KEEP DEMANDING MONEY. PLEASE HELP!!</div>
