MTN Not In This Together

I am so so so angry at MTN. I have 2 issue: 1) I upgraded in January to the Gaming Laptop for R849.00 with the promo being 20G anytime and 20G night with your store in Eastgate with a lady called Yolandah Peyise. In the beginning it was amazing service. Got the laptop on time and everything. However I have never received the 40G in 4 months. I am receiving 20G (10G anytime & 10G night). This until today has not been resolved. To top it off my bill has increased to R892.35 and I have not been made aware as to why. Issue 2) I over paid MTN by R8037.65 on the 1st of May, I have sent the relevant documentation through to MTN and no one has confirmed that the money will be paid back to me. This is an urgent matter considering I cannot pay my rent or buy food until such time as MTN refunds me. The services is getting worse over the years. MTN isnt in this together. They take your money and forget about you as a client. #MTNSA #disappointedfordays
