MTN not in control of own systems.

I have been trying to take out a data contract, but am unable to do so until a "pending contract" is cancelled. MTN can't cancel the contract because apparently a subcontractor (VascoConnect) must do it on their systems.

I have phoned several numbers to get this pending contact that is now 5 months old cancelled. No once can help. I am told to phone Vasco Connect (I'm assuming a sub contractor) to do this, but they dont answer their phones, email addresses or whatsapp line.
