MTN NOT HONOURING PROMO PACKAGE DEALS

I did a upgrade with you at the end of August over the phone, it was for a made for me M deal with a 20gb monthly data for 24months. I have call your call center and have spoken to many many agents who each gave me a different excuses or stories for why the data has NOT been added to the contract for the last 2, going on 3 months now. I have some references to this query, 1- ********** 6706 and 1- ********** 7273. I took out the deal because it was great offer, however since Ive not received the data for the last 2 months, im having to call and Top-up data ever 2 weeks, and that is NOT what i agreed to. Could someone please sort out this Problem and call me back ASAP! Ive been a loyal customer to MTN for over 12 years, and ive never experienced such atrocious customer service. Come on MTN get your act together and give me what ive agreed to.
