MTN NOT HONOURING BLACK FRIDAY DEAL

MTN does not honour black Friday promotions.

I upgraded my contract during the 29 Nov 2019 - 02 Dec 2019 Black Friday deal and was promised 25/30GB worth of data (between youtube data and anytime data) for up to 6 months but up until today, I still have not received it. When I call the customer care, I was told to speak to the retention department (which confirmed that I should have received it by now) to which my query was escalated on 16th Jan 2020, then on Friday 17 Jan 2020 I get an sms saying the query has been resolved but still no promo data loaded.

When I call the customer care again and no joy in their response.

Why would we go through a length of upgrading via calls and promise things based on promos but you still not honour your promise?
