MTN not honoring upgrade deal

I recently upgraded online and the package included cellphone, earbuds and fitbit watch. None of the accessories was delivered with the watch and upon inquiry from MTN I was told that I had to claim it but this was never indicated during the online upgrade and it was never at any stage indicated during the upgrade process that the special reached capacity. This has been followed up with MTN without any resolve. As a longstanding customer of MTN this is very poor from MTN.
